I’m Trevor Hubbard, a brand strategist, creative director, designer, and hands-on maker. I help founders and business leaders figure out what’s next for their brand—and make it happen.
For 25 years, I’ve helped early-stage startups, established businesses, and household names launch, evolve, and grow. My work connects business strategy with positioning, identity, storytelling, campaigns, digital experiences, and physical spaces. I’ve worked across streetwear and software, sports and hospitality.
I spent 15 years building and leading Butchershop, a 150-person agency. But I missed being in the work.
Today, I work independently, right alongside my clients. I bring strategic judgment and the creative range to design, write, code, and create. I ask hard questions, bring a point of view, and stay close to both the business and the work—from the first conversation to the final detail.
